On July 12th, our residents spent the day in India! Everyone had the opportunity to learn about the culture, dances and the meaning of certain dance moves, lyrics, history, food (everyone sampled the “sweets”), and important artifacts from India. The residents also learned the history of the Sari and had the chance to dress in a Sari! Musical instruments were also played. Everyone was able to add an additional stamp to their passports!
