The Chatham Hills Subacute Rehabilitation Team celebrated their appreciation for their CNA team members by offering delicious Pumpkin Donuts and Apple Cider. The Rehabilitation team awarded each CNA with a personalized card and printed poem to show their sincere appreciation of the excellent care they provide every day and to acknowledge the amazing teamwork between staff members.
