Administrator

Rikka attended Felician University, receiving a BA in Psychology and Arts, and Seton Hall University, a Master of Healthcare Administration. Rikka has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in regional business development, marketing, and leadership. While serving as a Regional Director, she also underwent intensive training to become a licensed nursing home administrator. She graduated summa cum laude while working and studying at the same time. What she loves most about being an administrator is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality of care, customer service, and overall success of a healthcare facility. Healthcare, particularly geriatrics, has always been her chosen career path because she finds purpose in serving others. Rikka’s grandmother taught her that true success comes from loving what you do, and she has carried that lesson throughout her career. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment because we care for a vulnerable population every day. She has always treated every nursing and rehabilitation facility where she has worked as if it were her own home. By fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence, Rikka strives to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care while staff feel supported and empowered to do their best work. Traveling to many different countries, learning about different cultures, and enjoying a variety of cuisines is how she prefers to spend her personal time.
