Min Kang, MSHA

Min attended Felician University with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She has been working in healthcare for a few years and was drawn to this career path because she always wanted to work in an environment that had a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Healthcare offers her the opportunity to support patients during some of their most important and challenging moments while continuing to learn and grow professionally. Over time, her experiences have reinforced that she chose the right field because she finds the work rewarding and purposeful. What she loves most about her role is being able to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She enjoys building relationships with patients, supporting them through challenging moments, and knowing that the care and compassion she provides can positively impact their experience. She also loves that healthcare is always evolving, so there are constantly opportunities to learn, grow, and become better at what I do. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and working out.
