Glessa Bondalo, RN,BSN,RAC-CT

Glessa serves as the Director of MDS at Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Bohol, Philippines. Glessa came with years of experience as MDS assessor, coordinator, director and in different roles in nursing management. She is passionate in helping and guiding the team with the plan of care for all residents to maximize their full potential thus achieving their goal for improvement and safety. In her free time, Glessa loves to plant vegetables and flowers during summertime. Most of all, as a stress relief and for good vibes, she loves and enjoys singing karaoke and line dancing.
