Fabio studied Business Administration. at Fidelitas University, San Jose Costa Rica. She comes to Chatham Hills as the Dietary Director with 17 years of experience in healthcare.She loves to interact with her residents, patients, and team members. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with Savannah her 18 month old daughter.
