Cynthia has been in healthcare for 15 years. Her grandmothers were in nursing home communities, and she saw how much love and care they received. She knew right then and there that she wanted to be a part of caring for the senior community. Seeing the success of the subacute residents makes her proud and highlights the goal she focused on as a young lady. Spending time with her family gives Cynthia joy.
