Cynthia Gilsenan, CSW
Director of Social Work
Cynthia is Chatham Hills’s Director of Social Work. Seeing the success of their subacute residents and being an advocate for the geriatric population is why she loves her job. She has been in healthcare for 15 years. Her grandmother had Alzheimer’s and she saw how much care she received in assisted living and she wanted to be a part of the nursing home community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
