We are proud to share that Judah Orbach, Administrator of Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center, has been chosen as Professional of the Quarter.

Judah began working in the healthcare field about four years ago, coming up on his second year anniversary as administrator of Chatham Hills in August of this year. He started his career with CareRite Centers as the Assistant Administrator/Director of Concierge Services at Chatham’s sister community, The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center in Manhattan, NY.

When asked what he loves about his position, he shared, “The fact that I can make a difference in people’s lives. I wanted to make a difference on a daily basis, and assist during hard situations. I love to smile, and let my smile be contagious to my residents and staff.”

Judah began his career with his masters of accounting, before making the switch to healthcare. At Chatham Hills, he has honed his leadership skills and is a revered member of the community.

When asked what he loves about Chatham Hills, Judah shared, “The better question is what don’t I love. I am close to my staff, my residents, and their families; I’m lucky to connect on a personal level. It makes me a better leader. I am honored, and it is a great privilege, to be nominated [for professional of the year].”

“The truth is,” he began, “my grandmother always taught me to have a smile on, and to let my smile be contagious. I do that with my team. My team and I always work together to turn any situation into a situation with a positive outcome. We all work together.”
