Although she is new to healthcare, Kristina’s extensive leadership and management experience have been an asset to her role as Director of Human Resources. She is invested in ensuring that every facet of our community is positively impacted by the quality of our employees, and the excellence in customer care that we pride ourselves in delivering. She always finds time to connect with both our residents and our most valuable resource, our staff. Kristina enjoys giving her time locally to the Chatham community by chairing committees within the Chatham school system. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and traveling.
