John studied at Loyola College in Baltimore with a degree in secondary education. He taught for five years. It was then he decided his love was food. He started in restaurants as a manager. He worked in every food service operation including Corrections. He has been in the healthcare food services for the last 25 years. His detail to meeting all the Resident’s needs is only surpassed by his contagious personality.
