Christine’s love of cooking and restaurant life began at the tender age of three when she began rolling tiny meatballs for her mother’s lasagna. By the age of five, she had mastered her mother’s recipe for apple turnovers. Christine is a graduate of Bergen Community College with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. She went on to further her studies at the Greystone CIA in St. Helena, California where she became certified in Catering. Christine is very passionate about her commitment of great, fresh food, and cares a lot about her residents. She takes pride in the food that she serves, working hands on with the chef’s to ensure the best possible meal comes out of the kitchen.
