Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center was excited to host their Wine and Whiskey Soiree, celebrating the physician’s in the local community who make such a difference in the day to day lives at Chatham Hills. The soiree, held on Wednesday, September 14th,  featured delicious appetizers and cocktails; it was a beautiful event, and thank you to all who attended.
