As a community that takes great pride in supporting our Serviceman and Women of the past, present, and future, Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center was honored to welcome the grandson and active member of duty of a current patient into their home to surprise their loved one. It was an incredible day at Chatham Hills and we are so proud to support our military.
